We can discuss rates over the phone during your initial phone-consultation.
Insurance
We are an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. If your plan offers an out-of-network benefit, and you have met your deductible, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment Policy
We accept cash, Apply Pay, check and all major credit cards for payment.
Cancellation Policy
There is a $50 charge for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
(Please note we can conduct your session by phone in the event you can’t make it into the office)
There is a $100 charge for appointments cancelled within 4 hours of scheduled appointment.
Full fee is charged if notice is not given (no shows)
